Brazil court suspends Stake’s temporary operating reprieve
Brazil’s TRF-3 suspended the injunction that had allowed Stake to resume operations temporarily. The operator says its Brazilian website and app have again been unavailable since 10 October.
Updated 13 October: this development supersedes our earlier report of permission to operate until 25 October. Independent Brazilian reporting also confirms the suspension.
